The reception my family and I received from Akaila at the front desk and Jeff the bellman was a shining example of exceptional hospitality. Both Akaila and Jeff were well-prepared and knowledgeable about their amazing city, eagerly sharing recommendations for places to visit and dine—perfectly tailored to include activities suitable for our young daughter. They even provided a map and took the time to highlight must-see attractions, making us instantly excited to explore. The management should feel incredibly fortunate to have such outstanding employees. Akaila and Jeff ensured that the first impression of the hotel was nothing short of remarkable.
