Very happy with our stay here. Close to everything, and you can see the street car from your front porch. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The property manager was the fastest replying property manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with, and made check-in/check-out/questions very easy.

Very easy to get to all points of interest in NOLA. We stayed here for Jazz Fest. Although walkable, we chose to Uber since we had a larger group. Plenty of shops/restaurants nearby.

One night get away
We needed a one night stay while waiting for others to come to town and this property was fantastic. Less expensive than a hotel stay and comfortable for 4 adults. Location was fantastic being so close to Canal street trolly and walking distance to some breakfast spots. Would definitely consider visiting again.

The seating and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen cupboards were stocked with the essentials and there was plenty of space to bring in the other things we needed. It provided the perfect stay for our trip to Louisiana for medical appointments. The owner and the property manager were both very friendly and easy to do business with. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay! The kitchen is well-stocked and the whole space is comfortable. Being within walking distance of the streetcar, food, and a pub made our stay in New Orleans really easy. The owner lives next door and is remarkably friendly and helpful. We've referred friends to the property and hope to make a return visit ourselves.
