Only 2.2 miles from Oschner Main campus.

Tastefully decorated, Puffy mattress, fully appointed kitchen, adorable New Orleans Historic neighborhood. Great for singles or couples, travelling professionals. One bedroom home in a five multi-family building. Easy street parking. On site coin operated laundry. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms.

5 blocks from the famous New Orleans streetcar to City Park, Downtown, The Garden District, the Warehouse District and the French Quarter. The fare is $1.25 or $.40 for seniors. Exact change is required. You can get a fabulous French breakfast a few blocks away at Tartine. La Madeline French Bakery and Sullivans, a grocery with great sandwiches, are also within walking distance. Audubon Park is five blocks away and is great for golfing, biking. walking and jogging.

Safe and friendly walking neighborhood. The Mississippi River is 4 blocks away, walk or ride bikes on the levee for miles of beautiful river view. Long-term renters welcomed.
