Located in the St. Claude neighborhood, this adorable shotgun is the key to an authentic New Orleans experience! You'll be tucked away in a comfortable residential area, yet still be a 5 minute ride to the French Quarter, Marigny, and Bywater. The owners occupy the other side of this charming double and are available to help if any issues arise during your stay. Come enjoy New Orleans the way locals do in this lovely daffodil colored home!

You'll have everything you need to feel at home during your visit in New Orleans, from a full kitchen and laundry center, to a spacious and comfortable sectional in the living room along with a desk if you need to get any work done during your stay. Two queen sized beds always prepped with clean sheets and comforters will make it easy to get a good night's sleep, and the air conditioning allows you to climate control each room depending on your preference. The local Uber drivers told us not to walk in the area, especially after dark. Neighbor’s dog barked constantly.

Winter getaway
Had a great time in New Orleans and the shot gun house was the toppling on the king cake. The owners welcome book supplied suggestions that answered all our questions and then some. Great place.

Perfect place to chill out during French Quarter Fest
Everything I needed for a relaxing stay during French Quarter Fest. It was close enough for me to walk into the Quarter during the day and far enough away to be quiet and chill at night. The home is gorgeous and immaculately clean, and Ainsley was super responsive. I would definitely stay again!

The Daffodil Teal house is in a quiet neighborhood and pretty close to everything we wanted to do. Uber to Bourbon St. and the French Quarter was only 10 minutes away The check in/out process was super easy, the house was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Ainsley was super nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever back in the area.

Came down for a overnight stay for a 7 on 7 football tournament. This was definitely a great choice for me and my sons. Lots of space, clean, and in a quiet area. Not far from downtown.

We had a great time staying at the Daffodil Teal house this week. Within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants, bars, and other unique New Orleans spots. The additional amenities of washer and dryer and AC were definitely a plus. Friendly neighbors also added to the true New Orleans experience. Thanks y’all

Cute house!
Very attractive house with a lot of charm and character. We especially appreciated the Brita filtered water pitcher in the fridge so we could get cold water to drink whenever we wanted to. Staying there made me feel like a part of the neighborhood and leaving really did feel like leaving home after only a week.

Clean, quiet neighborhood
The house is extremely clean and perfect for my sister and I who were staying for a girls trip. We were able to both have our own space which was very important for both of us. The neighborhood surrounding was actually very quiet, which was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You will have to get Ubers to, and from most parts of the city, especially the French Quarter. The Uber rides were pretty cheap and short, however.

Had an absolute great 10 night stay
Our accommodations in this sweet shotgun house fit us perfectly. My husband and I are in our 60's and the location fit us perfectly, without the worry of a car. We were close to the number 8 bus that took us into the French Quarter. We bought jazz passes that enabled us to visit all over the city in buses and cable cars. Neighborhood was exciting and culturally diverse. The house was very clean and accommodating for our needs in food preparation, Comfortable bedding. We enjoyed our 10 day vacation immensely.
