Guest Access:
Guests have full and private access to this free-standing small home. There is a gate then an electric door lock to access the property. There is a second-free standing, another fully separate house on the property as well that is not part of this listing. The other unit and bathhouse on the floorplan is a guest house that is occupied and is not part of this listing. The backyard area is shared between the two units.

The Neighborhood:
This home is within walking distance to St. Claude Ave. There are great restaurants, music venues, bars and more just steps away. Located in the Bywater next to the Faubourg Marigny, and only a short walk or street car ride to the French Quarter. This convenient, central location makes it easy experience all that New Orleans has to offer.

Getting Around:
Many attractions, bars, restaurants and sights are within walking distance of this home. We recommend renting a bicycle to adventure around the residential area.

Other Things to Note:
Per New Orleans City requirements, this contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
