"We were looking for a getaway and this was perfect for us and our two dogs! We’re huge LOTR fans so it was such a great scavenger hunt. The owners’ house and one other rental is on the same property, but they’re spaced far enough for plenty of privacy. The cottage itself doesn’t have a ton of privacy from those you travelled with, but it would still be great for a small family. The treehouse room is accessible from either outside or up the ladder and through the loft area. And Jill and Joan were so kind and very quick to respond whenever we had questions. We could not recommend this place enough!"

"We had a group of parents stay at the Big Bear Lake Home for parent weekend at CSB/SJU. We had an absolute blast. The accommodations were wonderful. Brett has used every inch of that place. There were so many fun nooks and crannys. He's thought of everything. It was fun to have a place to all gather. The location was great from both St Bens, and St Johns. Brett was very responsive to messages, a great host! Check in/Check out process was easy. Highly recommended! We are already looking forward to next year!"
