Bedroom 1: top floor, King bed, shares main level bath
Bedroom 2: top floor, Two single beds, shares main level bath
Bedroom 3: lower floor, Master- King bed with ensuite bath

All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries and food. Washer and dryer are available.

4 wheel drive is required to access the home during the winter months, November- March. AWD or 4WD is required year-round. The driveway is very steep and is a mountainous road.

Guests do not have access to the two sheds located near the house.

**The HOA requires the following rules:
Respect the surrounding owners' privacy and quiet enjoyment of their properties.
There is a 15mph speed limit for safety on the private road and for road preservation.
Firearms are prohibited for discharge while on the property.
Dogs are not allowed to be off leash at this property.
*This home is located in the woods. You will likely see insects (including some that fly) and arachnids. Please be aware they may come inside when doors are opened, especially when lights are on inside.
*We are not able to honor early check-in or late check out requests.
*We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of reservation to avoid potential cancellation of your booking - this is sent via StreamSign to your email on file.
*Minimum age to book is 25.

Please don't put food down the garbage disposal
No smoking inside the house. Smoking in the house will incur a $750 fine. Smoking is allowed outside of the house, but all butts are to be cleaned up and safely removed.
Fires are strictly prohibited at this property. You are not allowed to build a campfire or use a firepit/barrel - A minimum fine of $700 will be assessed to cover local fines, as well as any direct damage/cleanup expenses will be billed back.
This home has a gas grill - Charcoal is not allowed. If you use charcoal in the gas grill you will be billed for damages (including but not limited to a new grill.)
If any items are unplugged from an outlet or device (like a tv), please be sure to plug it back in before checkout
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors
Turn off all lights when leaving the property
Please read the checkout instructions on the refrigerator and in the Welcome Book. Note that check out is at 11 a.m.
Interior locked closets are off limits to guests
Only registered guests are to be in the house

Pet Rules:
-We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken.
-Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly.
-Must be crated when in the house alone.
-Stay off all furniture.
-Must have advance notice of pet on property.
-Can not be off leash outside.

*Fires are strictly prohibited at this property except in the designated fire pit provided. A spark screen must be used at all times and the fire may NEVER be left unattended.

Great home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Aubrie’s Nest! It was convenient to many sites that we wanted to visit. The house itself was great! We loved the layout and all its amenities! It was nice relaxing in the back deck overlooking the valley. We will definitely be back!
