Stone's throw from private beach - literally
Visited in May 2024 - this is a wonderful, clean, stay in a second-floor carriage house, literally a stone's throw from a private sandy beach. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, with convenient beach chairs and umbrellas, toys for the kids. WiFi is spotty, but who wants to do work when the beach is across the street?!? Highly recommended!

Great view of the water from the living room, a stocked kitchen, wonderful shower and outdoor shower, toilitries provided, cozy furniture, close walk to the boardwalk, the most perfect private beach steps from the house, charming community, dont second guess, book it!

Very clean. Nice location. Across street from private beach and lighthouse. Gracious and accommodating host. We had a little snafu checking in but owner resolved quickly. If you have difficulty with stairs, this may not be a good choice for you.

The property is immaculate and Dawn’s welcome book gives you all the info you need to get settled and enjoy your stay. White sheets and white towels that are fluffy along with a few tasty treats waiting for you are just the kinds of details that make you feel pampered. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot for a little getaway from LI! Carriage House was beautiful, to match the view! We had the beach to ourselves! My little one loved listening to the waves while she fell asleep.

Don't Hesitate - Book it.
It was a great experience from booking through leaving. Upon arrival, everything was as described, if not better. The location was in a great spot, the housing was clean and modern, and there were lots of little touches that made the stay special. I'd never hesitate staying here again.
