"Good hotel"

"I've stayed at this hotel three different times I've never had a bad experience. This is a low/no frills hotel but the rooms are very clean never found as much as a toe nail on the floor and I do check everything before I leave. The room was spacious with a TV with cable, AC, a desk and chair, and two living room chairs. The hotel has off street parking for free which is a major cost savings for those who can navigate the public transit system to get in the city. There is no restaurant or food on premisis but there are a wide variety of places to eat within a two block radius of the hotel. There were some small issues like the shower door opening seemingly on its own. But for me it wasn't even an issue I was concerned enough to mention to the staff. Overall, if you are looking for a value hotel that is within 15 minutes of center/university city (20 by public transit) this is one of the best values in the area."
