A very cute apartment that was immaculate, has comfortable bed, and has a well-equipped kitchen. Be sure to visit Gioa"s cafe and rooftop bar just around the corner on Wooster Street.

If it weren't for the parking, location to Sally's and Pepe's, good location to walk from and cleanliness, I would be more inclined to not recommend this apartment. 1) the check in was more like a scavenger hunt (though the instructions were thorough) 2) the hallways and stairs in the building were a bit sketchy (looks like they are being redone?) 3) going in the back fire escape metal stairs was a bit scary with all the rust it felt like it could fall at any time 4) the entrance out front was COVERED with papers everywhere and groceries dropped off that stayed there the entire time we were there. Someone's ice cream was a mess. 5) there was ZERO soap in the shower, even though there was a large container (that's why I bring my own), 6) the soap at the sink was like water, 7) the photos and descriptions of the apartment are very misleading. Again, it was clean and we were only sleeping there....but you couldn't do much more there anyway, there was no living space. If you want to watch TV, you pretty much have to be in the bed. The only chairs are at the tiny bar facing the wall. It wasn't HORRIBLE, but certainly not what we expected based on the description and photos. But it was clean and we did feel safe. Good parking, not on the street. Quiet neighborhood.

I didn’t stay there. I live 100 yards away. My son and his wife stayed because we don’t have enough room for them and their dog. We kept the dog with us. They said it was very nice place to stay. Good to have a parking spot

Absolutely horrible, complete nightmare
Stay the hell away from this person and property. I had to dispute my transaction with this guy ended up with no place to stay!! I was in communication with the owner all week leading up to my stay. When I got there there was a whole mix up with keys… when it was time to check in there was no instructions.. when I finally got instructions from the owner, I took all my luggage upstairs to the third floor, where the apartment was, with narrow stairs in a narrow hallway. Got to the door and heard tv on and people in the apartment talking!!! So I stood outside door and called owner.. waited 20 mins for him to call me back to tell me that he never received my payment!!! What??? But remember I been in contact all week long… I then called VRBO to verify and he did receive my payment, he then told VRBO there was glitch on his calendar and double booked the property!!! What a liar!! Offered to pay for my hotel for that night and I would be in the next day…. Um NO SIR… why should I give you any of my business after this ?? On top of that he didn’t want to refund me for reservation of 3 weeks so I had to dispute transaction with my credit card company!!

Perfect location - very walkable neighborhood!
The apartment is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. It is a third floor walk up but easy for us to manage and we are both almost 60! The space is small but had everything we needed. Very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows . The shower had great water pressure and long lasting hot water. Towels were great big fluffy ones. Jarrett was very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants nearby. We ate dinner at Frank Pepe Pizzeria, drinks at The Trinity Bar so we could watch the College World Series game and coffee the next morning at a great local place named Koffee? After walking around Yale campus. Parking included behind apartment building was great. We didn’t drive anywhere until we were ready to venture further out. Highly recommend!

Accurate description
The place was as described in the app. Would be better experience if blackout curtains were added. Very bright room.
