Hyatus is located in the City Crossing luxury complex, comprised of three, adjacent luxury buildings with identical apartments and shared amenities. For the most accurate building address for your apartment, please use the address listed on your guest portal.

Your guest portal link should have been messaged to you upon booking, but please let us know if you require the link and, of course, we'd be happy to send it over.

Note: If you are travelling from New York City, you can catch the Amtrak Acela Train. New Haven's Union Station is 4 stops from Penn Station or a 1hr 44 minute train ride away. Suites by Hyatus is a 10-minute walk from Union Station.
