Some of your staff was not kind or courteous, you had wet floors in your lobby area I almost fell you had no signs stating the floor was wet you were over priced hotel with no accommodations. No continental breakfast. Very very poor parking no parking space

checked in my 2 separate rooms 1 for me and one for my grandson at 3:12 PM and left at 3:19 AM. Both rooms were filthy and mold around the shower. The room smelled of pot and booze. At 10:00 the fire alarm went off and continued for an hour. no person ever came around to investigate if there was an fire. The hall alarm stopped but my room alarm continued for anther 2 hours. At 2:30 it all started again. So I finally had enough packed up and left. I was feeling unsafe as the fire alarm continued and no response from the facility. I asked for a refund and was refused. Ruined my whole trip.

It’s your people stupid. That’s the reason I keep coming back. You not only missed that on your list of categories, but you have no idea even as to their very names. That tells me you are a poorly managed company when you don’t know how to value your balance sheet - you missed your biggest asset !!! I’m a billionaire investor. Should I short your stock and start a letter writing campaign that Hilton mistreats its employees. Or perhaps I put your stock if you quickly come to your senses.
