Discover serene waterside living at this New Durham home. Fill your days with peaceful swimming and fishing sessions off March's Pond. When you'd prefer to hike, check out Jennings Forest or Moose Mountains Reservation. The surrounding towns boast a great mix of eateries and convenience stores.

Back at your home away from home, get cozy amidst the open, sunny layout. The living room boasts a smart TV, comfortable seating, and a mini fridge for all of your favorite beverages. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped for cooking with its ample meal prep space and stainless steel appliances. Down the hall, you'll be pleased to find that each of the three bedrooms is lined with soft linens and carefully curated decorations. The primary bedroom, living room, and kitchen all have mini split AC. In addition, there is a window unit in the upstairs bedroom on the third floor.

End another day in New Durham with a delicious cookout, prepared on the gas grill.

Things to Know

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a camera on the front of the unit looking over the driveway, there is one over the front door that looks out to the street, there is one camera on the back of the house looking out over the back door as well. All cameras are for security purposes only.

Dock details: There is a floating dock at the property, it is only in the water during the warm months. During the cold months this is taken out of the water and it is not available to guests for use.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
