Tastefully decorated with a beachy vibe, this top-floor Bridgewater condo puts you in the heart of New Buffalo. The spacious 2BR/2BA unit features an open floor plan and is located in one of the few buildings with an elevator for added convenience.
Bridgewater Condominiums offer premium amenities, including secure parking, a gym, and both indoor and outdoor pools (outdoor pool open Memorial Day–Labor Day, weather permitting). Just a block from the beach, you can park your car and explore on foot—or take a short drive to local wineries, casinos, and breweries, all within 10 minutes.
The unit does not offer a grill or indoor garage parking. All parking is located in the secured parking lot in front of the building.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, and living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members.
