This was a wonderful stay! It is the perfect location. Walking distance to most everything in Gruene. It is stocked with all that is needed. Very easy check in and out. Will definitely stay again.

Central location in Gruene was almost next to none. Easy, easy walking distance to everything. Food, entertainment, lots of live music everywhere and less than a quarter of a mile to famous Gruen Hall.

Walking distance to all that Gruene has to offer. We were out and about in Hill country and this was a great place to come back to. We enjoyed the river view and balcony. We’ll be back!

Amazing stay
We had an amazing stay this past weekend. From getting a personal text from the owner before and after our stay to the great accommodations. It was right near everything we wanted to do in Gruene! Close to floating the comal. Highly recommended this place and will use again!

Great ladies getaway!
Loved being in the town of Gruene and walking to everything! We only had 4 but there was def room for 6 comfortably. Pool was small but nice. Everything we needed in the kitchen!

Location! Location! Location! You can park and walk everywhere; lunch, dinner, lots of unique boutiques to shop, live music, Gruene Hall and the Guadalupe River. We will definitely be back!

It was so convenient we walked everywhere. The pool area does need a trash can, but that was the only thing lacking. The porch was our favorite ❤️

We got locked out. The hardware on the door was old and failed. We had to wait for the owner to show up. He could not open immediately. The video streaming had a glitch. We were told that a refund was being discussed. It never came.

Doesn't get better in Gruene!
This place was absolutely perfect -- literally walked everywhere and parking was super easy (which is a premium in Gruene)! You can't beat the price anywhere close -- three bedrooms. If you split it three ways it's beyond cheap. Not to mention you have a private balcony that looks right over the water. Everything was perfect! The hardest thing was trying to figure out how to leave this review on VRBO...

Great location - place needs some help
Location was excellent if you are going to the music hall or town. But lots of improvements needed. Couch is comfy but literally the fake leather is crumbling off. One of two lamps in the living room is broken- and not just a bad bulb - the lamp housing fell out. Limited silverware, glassware and other basic in kitchen. Beds were loud and other reviews mentioned this so I did go in knowing that. If you don’t mind feeling like everything is second or third hand than the location near town is what you are paying for. Checkin and comms were totally fine.

Great Stay in Gruene
Property is in an ideal location to enjoy downtown Greune. Home is comfortable with ample space and everything we needed for our family of 3. Hosts were quick to respond when we had a question. Loved seeing the river right from the living room!
