Located on the Comal River, this condo boasts a comfortable and casual interior with plenty of vacation perks like access to an outdoor pool and hot tub. It’s near bike paths and just across the street from Schlitterbahn Water Park, so outdoor adventure is never too far away.

After a full day of exploring the area or lounging by the pool, come home to lounge on the sofa and enjoy the cable TV. When the group gets hungry, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen. Eat meals together at the dining table or breakfast bar. Rest up in the tranquil bedrooms and get ready for another day of vacation bliss.

THINGS TO KNOW
The fireplace is not operable.
Four wristbands and two parking passes will be provided. The wristbands are for access to the property and property amenities only and must be worn by all occupants. They are not for other activities such as admittance to Schlitterbahn or for tube rentals.Wristbands must be returned to the red basket in unit or there will be a charge for each missing or damaged band.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great location.
This condo was in a great location. Right next to Schlitterbahn close to the pool and it was on the bottom floor however, hopefully you’ll have a good memory to remember the 10 digit code to get in.

Great location for tubing down the river. Close to public entrance to the river and a little 30 min around the river and a private access to get out. Love the deer that come and visit in the evening and even a sweet cat came to visit us. Love this place.

Great Little Condo
The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had three in our party, two in the bedroom and one on the pull-out, and we had plenty of room (with the pull out pushed in of course). The decor is lovely and the location is great with river access and within very easy walking distance of the east side of the Schlitterban. We really enjoyed our stay!

Extremely convenient check in/out process. The room had every convenient from extra towels, dish & laundry detergent and lots of storage areas! The room was nicely decorated in warm relaxing colors and there was no calls or people knowing on our door disturbing our calm.

Some of the place was a little outdated but clean and instructions left. They left glasses for the solar eclipse which was awesome! Personal card from the property manager and definitely enough space for the three of us! We did need the code for the pool to get in but the response was very quick. We will definitely come back to stay next time we visit Texas!

Beautiful view of the Comal River
The property was very clean. We did not cook while there. We were able to enjoy watching the floaters going down the Comal. There were lots of turtles in the river. We also saw some does, fawns, and one stag make their way along the river bank.

Loved the everything about the condo. It definitely exceeded my expectations. The only issue I had and what would prevent me from booking it again was the 4:00 o'clock check in time. Basically you loose most of the day. Checking in at 4:00pm and out by 10:00am is a bit much.

Well when I booked it, I was under the impression that there were 3 bedrooms. There was only one and a couch bed for our two grown adult boys. The people above us were so loud late at night. The shower pressure was crazy hard. When we first arrived a manager just walked in with out knocking and scared us and was wanting to look for a water leek in the bathroom ceiling. We could only use one of the sinks in the bathroom and in the bath there was serious mold that they tried to cover with something but failed, that needs to be fixed because it could cause serious harm to children who take baths and stay in there longer. I most likely will never stay at this place again. Oh I almost forgot I scanned the place for hidden camaras and found a few. Not cool

Kitchen had a lot more tools and better quality appliances than I have encountered in similar situations. Soap, including dishwasher and laundry soap were left to get you started. Double sinks in the single bath made getting ready a lot easier. Loved the deer and ducks running around the property. Extra towels, laundry in the unit all a plus. Good location. Initially walked into living room that I wasn’t sure had been vacuumed especially the couch that had little white specks all over it. Found the vacuum and took care of it. Overall nice for the money.
