Blessing Haus is a charming New Braunfels home that has been updated throughout the years, and is ready for you to vacay in today! This 2,000 square foot home hosts up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Enter the home to find an old-style hallway separating the four bedrooms. The large living area provides ample space for gathering. The kitchen has been updated and features modern appliances with all of the cooking and dining essentials. A small dining area sits between the kitchen and living area, with tall ceilings and hardwoods throughout. The comfortable antique furnishings and lovely decor of the home are sure to please all guests from the youngest to the oldest.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed while the bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms each house 2 full-size beds. The second bathroom features a stand-up sink and walk-in shower.

Blessing Hause is located in the heart of historic New Braunfels, just minutes away from America's #1 waterpark, Schlitterbahn, tubing in the Comal River, lovely Landa Park, and more!

Step outside where you'll find a large, relaxing back porch surrounded by shade trees - a great place for coffee sipping in the cool morning or for winding down in the evenings with your favorite beverage. Coming or going, Blessing Haus is a relaxing retreat from the norm.

Stayed with 6 friends for river float weekend. House is perfect setting for relaxing, fun vacation! Bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. 5 minute walk from house to tubing the Comal. I had very fast responsiveness from home management company regarding questions. Just a great experience.

The location was given 4 stars because the house is on a main road. We could hear the traffic and sirens when sitting on the back patio. I wasnt expecting that. However, the house was also a great distance from the Comal River. We were able to walk to and from the tubing locations, which was great. And it was a short drive to Gruene. The house itself was very charming. The entire family loved it. We had multiple generations staying for this trip, so having the 2 bathrooms not be attached to any bedroom was very convenient. We cooked in the kitchen and used the on-sight grill for every meal. The back patio was perfect to hang out on and watch the deer come into the yard. Everyone already agreed to stay in the same house next year.

Close to Schlitterbahn
We selected this property for walking distance to Schlitterbahn and number of beds. It worked out well for both. Charming historic home! Only downside was 2 bathrooms for 7 people, but we knew that ahead of time and navigated it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the antique furniture, felt like staying at our grandparents’ home. Close to all attractions: less than 10 minute drive to anywhere in town.

I give Blessing Haus five stars! The only two “negatives” are the cold showers. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t work but that was a blessing. We had ten people and the four bedrooms suited us perfectly. We loved the older style of the house. However, it had all of the modern amenities we needed as well. The vaulted ceilings and shiplap were a favorite. We had deer come and visit us every evening which the kids loved! My husband grilled burgers outside. We had a two minute drive to Schlitterbahn and to the Comal. We loved it!

Two of the four bedrooms leaked from the rain. The showers are not capable of reaching a nice hot temperature. You must run the water for 5 minutes just to get a lukewarm shower. The listing says that the house has been consistently updated but I'm not sure where. I would not rent this house again.

Our family and friends had a very good time at the cozy Blessing house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, there are a lot of comfortable sitting areas for little group chats and we loved sitting on the porch in the evening. Relaxing stay in a decent neighborhood
We were 12 individuals on the property and had a great experience. This is about 100 year old property and has a modern interior. The balance of an antique look with modern amenities was an awesome experience. Kids had fun seeing chickens and deers within the back and front yard. The property manager is awesome and was able to immediately take care of a concern we had. Very close to Schlitterbahn, Canyon lake and other attractions.

Wonderful place to celebrate my daughter's bachelorette weekend!
