"Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. "We arrived at the hotel late at night, but was greeted with a great surprise that our room was upgraded to a corner suite! (as other rooms were fully booked on that day) The view from the room was fantastic with river, pools, sea views on the both sides.
