"My room was located on the second floor above the entrance facing the traffic. I had my AC/fan unit on and at random times I can smell the cigarette smoke. I was not happy with that part of my stay. I will continue to stay at this location because of the staff, cleanliness, location and safety. "

Super wonderful staff since we had our dog we had noticed that the screen door in our room was damaged and they quickly changed our room no issue and apologized. Super amazing stay 10/10 would recommend if you’re going to Santa Cruz!"
