"Really cute condo that is walking distance to all of the shops and the Capitola beach! You won't have to look for parking you can walk to everything and it is super close! You can actually see the shops from the unit's windows. The place was very clean and stocked fairly well with all of the basics you would need. We had four of us staying there and it was very spacious. The only drawback is the parking garage is very tight and tricky to park in, but we managed it. And only one parking spot, any...

"We had a wonderful stay at the property. It is a perfect location to visit Capitola. We spent the evenings just sitting on the two patios and watching the city go by as the sun set in the background. I would highly recommend the property to anyone. We have stayed at many places in Capitola and this was by far our favorite. You could not be more in the heart of everything than here. "

"The location to downtown was incredible, just a quick walk. The famed Shadowbrook restaurant is only a 15 minute walk! Ocean view was beautiful in the morning. Kitchen was very well outfitted, but the dishwasher needs to be bolted in because it starts to fall forward as it’s loaded. We are going to make this VRBO an annual trip because it was fantastic! Great communication from the host as well! "

"The pros: right in DT San Jose, excellent communication, well stocked kitchen, good security, backyard space, the heated bidet toilets are great! The cons: the owners who live below are extremely hands off and stay out of your way but it is a bit odd to see them in the backyard not going to lie. The airplane noise is extremely loud also not going to lie. There is no dining room table seating. No big deal for us as there was just 2-3 of us but I found that a bit odd."
