This is one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The location is amazing and the staff is so helpful. The rooms were also very spacious and clean. We would love to stay here again!

The place was located in the heart of Cappadocia and it was great find considering the price per night. Staff was very friendly and the owner, who is also a guide, went above and beyond to help us have a great stay by recommending restaurants, places to go and activities. Gladly recommend this place

Rude staff, misleading pictures, false advertising that they have a rooftop with floor spread for pictures with hot air balloon. Photos shows the real rooftop.

The room was lovely, great location and staff were extremely helpful in organising any tours or transport. They even sent me to the airport with breakfast knowing I'd miss brekky in the hotel the day i left. I would highly recommend Kayra to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

You will love your stay here!
Great size room for our family of 4. Extremely spacious, and comfortable beds with a large modern bathroom. The staff members are extremely helpful and the hotel is very centrally located with quick walking access to many restaurants, shops etc. They took care of arrangement of our hot air balloon for us too!

My family and I had an amazing stay a Kayra cave suites. The owner Ali was super kind and helpful in arranging our transportation, dinner reservations and Tours in Cappadocia. I must say that this hotel was a great choice, not to mention the lovely roof terrace view of the hot air balloons. I would definitely return and recommend booking a stay there. It’s wonderful!

10/10 hotel!
We took the family room for 4 of us for 4 nights. The room is so big that we all have our own space in room. The location is in the center and convenient to many eateries. The breakfast is delicious and everyone in the hotel has excellent service. We booked our hot air balloon, green tour and airport transfers through the reception. Everything was seamless. We totally enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The hotel was great and fit for purpose, very close to the best viewing attractions, only 10 minutes walking to the sun rise hill. Room was clean and unique, staff are kind and helpful, breakfast was tasty and adequate. My only negative observation was the roof outdoor cushions were very dusty and old, they need renovation as its not usable for posing for a picture. Overall. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was nice, accommodating, and very responsive. If they didn't know the answer to something, they made sure to make it their duty to figure it out or find someone. The morning breakfast was amazing. The lady chef, Nurcan was very sweet and she made sure to make our visit here even better with her 5 star service and cooking. She made sure to make something new every day and even ask for special requests which I've never experienced before Only con: - If you're going to multiple vacation destinations, keep in mind that the laundry is expensive. It was about $20 EUR per laundry load.

Ali was amazing. He was very informative and helpful with all our needs. He scheduled our hot air balloon ride, which was also amazing. The room and property was clean and well kept. We also had a clear view of the hot air balloon ride in the mornings. I would definitely return.

An unforgettable 2 night stay. From the moment i booked Kyra Suites it was a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. The room was amazing for our family. All staff were lovely and approachable. They organised a beautiful birthday cake for my husband and sons upcoming birthdays. Location was central so everything was on your doorstep. We will be back. Amazing experience. Owner is on site most times and provides amazing recommendations to local hotspots. However what makes this place amazing is the other two full time front desk agents Irem and Fatih. They treat you like you are family always checking in on you and making sure you are enjoying your stay. They will hold your luggage if arrive early or have late flight as well. Would definitely recommend them. Thanl you for everything!

Our stay at Kayra Cave Suites was brilliant. From the moment we checked in, Mehmet was extremely kind and helpful and was able to make our reservation for the hot air balloon ride, which went super smoothly. Our room was nice and clean and we loved the setting of the room, the vibe was super cosy. The area surrounding the hotel is so convenient, where there are many lovely restaurants and shops all walking distance which made everything so easy to get around. We were also able to view the balloons fly from the hotels terrace which was a lovely experience. The staff were always very welcoming, polite and happy to answer any questions that we had. They were able to book our airport transfer to/from the hotel with no issues. Esila in particular was so lovely and was able to speak to us in English brilliantly and helpful with our bags which we were able to leave in reception and come back to collect later. Overall our stay at Kayra Cave Suites was excellent and would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to book at the centre of Göreme.

I stayed here with my husband and two kids. We checked in late because our flight was delayed. As soon as we got to the hotel we felt welcome and at ease. Fatih welcomed us at the reception he was very helpful and friendly. All the staff was honestly so nice to us and took care of us and the kids like family. They were so patient with my 6 year old daughter, she walked around on the garden and sometimes went to the reception area and spoke to the staff whenever she could and they were all amazing with her. She met two other little girls at the hotel and they were allow to play on the garden with no problem. We truly felt safe, comfortable and happy at this hotel. The hotel is so cozy, elegant and modern. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is perfect.Close to all the main important landmarks and attractions. Close to tons of shops and restaurants. We were literally able to just walk to different restaurants for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is delicious and the staff serving the food was very attentive. They helped my kids choosing what they wanted to eat and made sure they felt comfortable. The terrace has the perfect hot air balloons view. We went up every morning and were able to see them and experienced them up close. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the experience. Thank you so much for helping us have such a peaceful and happy time while in Cappadocia!!!
