"Asim in front desk was really awesome . I left my phone in the taxi I arrived and she was able to track it down and got the driver to drop it back to us . Hotel is amazing with walking distance to town for restaurants and shopping . Ballon viewing from the terrace in the AM was truly magically when over 100 balloons in the air . Breakfast in the morning was good as well ! We will definitely stay here when we come back . "
