"It was easy to relax within the Pit and George environment. Mark and Sandra provide excellent service and hospitality. The meal they created for our first night was both delicious and healthy. We had enough food to stretch over 2 meals. Much of the produce is either sourced from the garden or locally. The location of the property itself adds to the tranquil serenity of Millthorpe and the gardens provide a lovely quiet ambience to wonder within. Each room in the right wing of the house is practical, comfortable and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend Pit & George to friends, neighbours and relatives. A big thanks to Mark and Sandra for providing homely and welcoming accommodation in Millthorpe. "
