Exceptional sea and island view. A haven for nature in a protected site

Directly on the beach. An old, lovely, Britanny stone house in a garden surrounded by tamarix and privacy in a genuine, natural and protected area. South-facing with an exceptional 180° panorama view of the ocean and the islands: you can reach Raguenez when the tide is low but you can also reach, the Verte Island, Groix and Glénan which is located on the edge of a large white sandy beach with clear water and a fishing area close to the Raguenez Island. The home is partly isolated (the urbanised area is to the west in front of the Raguenez island). You can walk in the wild nature on the beachfront on the GR 34. Comfortable and nice bedding(semi-soft). A seasonal location possible all year long (heating and washer dryer). For a relaxing holiday with the sound of waves and the seagull’s song. Pets allowed. To enjoy the fishing during the day, small coastal boats are available: spiders, fishes, langoustines and oysters... You can taste pancakes, cider, sea foods....

Enchanting!
The photos and description of this vacation rental do not do it justice. The home, the view, the place and the owners are absolutely wonderful. It is a little piece of Heaven on earth. The home has been updgraded since the last photos were taken and it is 'spotless'. Raguenez is spectacular and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the sea and surrounding nature but this lovely home was the perfect place to rest at the end of each day while still enjoying breathtaking views from the garden or any of the doors or windows. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Pochard for sharing your beautiful home and for being such gracious hosts. We hope to visit again soon!

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir hatten zwei traumhafte Wochen hier an diesem tollen Platz verbracht. Für uns warmes von der Lage bisher das beste Haus. Der Blick aufs Meer ist gigantisch und vor der Tür (2 Minuten zu Fuß) ist ein traumhafter Strand. Eines sollte man wissen. Der Wanderweg geht direkt am Grundstück vorbei, somit auch sehr viele Wanderer, die fasziniert stehenbleiben und das Haus bewundern und auch fotografieren. Das kann manchmal etwas lästig sein. Das Haus ist für zwei Personen optimal, darüber hinaus könnte es eng werden. Da wir Glück mit dem Wetter hatten waren wir meistens Outdoor. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit. Das WLAN ist sehr mager, liegt vielleicht an der Lage oder die Bretagne hat kein gutes Netz. Sollte jemand dort Homeoffice machen sollte er sich vorher informieren.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Meerblick
Der Meerblick war unbeschreiblich schön, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Das Kinderzimmer ist Durchgangszimmer zum Elternschlafzimmer, was bei bei älteren Kindern vielleicht störend empfunden werden. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht und können das Feriendomizil auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbares Grundstück mit einem Haus mit kleinen Abzügen
Die Lage des Hauses ist unvergleichbar und der Blick auf das Meer ein Traum. Man muss sich bewusst sein und damit umgehen können, dass auch die Strandbesucher und Spaziergänger auf dem Küstenwanderweg diesen Eindruck teilen. Der Kontakt zu Chantal während des Aufenthalts war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Man muss sich, wenn man mit Hund reist, jedoch klar sein, dass das Grundstück nicht umzäunt ist.Die kleine Mauer, die es umgibt, hält selbst unsere Französische Bulldogge nicht von eigenen Entdeckungsreisen ab. Andere Hunde sind uns auch gerne mal besuchen gekommen. Das WLAN muss tatsächlich als unzureichend bewertet werden. Internetseiten konnten nur sehr langsam und beschwerlich geöffnet werden. Da das Haus ein altes Steinhaus mit dicken Wänden ist, mussten wir uns auch mit dem Thema Feuchtigkeit und Geruch auseinandersetzen.

Vue imprenable
Située à la pointe de Raguenez, cette maison donne la possibilité d’accéder à pieds par le GR à la plage de « Tahiti » au sud. L’anse de Rospico est à 3km dans la même direction. Si vous avez un canoë c’est top. La maison en elle-même est fonctionnelle mais reçoit peu la lumière du soleil, le jardin est le paradis des lapins. Elle attire aussi le regard des promeneurs, c’est le jeu, un tel emplacement fait forcément des envieux ! La région est belle et sauvage. Pour les amoureux de la Bretagne.

Ancienne maison de pêcheur ravissante face à la mer. Top!
L'accueil était très Sympathique à notre arrivée. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison, elle est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. La grande chambre est superbe et au calme avec vue sur la mer, ce qui est très plaisant dès le matin. Le GR34 est tout près pour une belle promenade, au bord de mer. Une belle location, c'est sûr nous reviendrons. Sylvie et Dominique.

Wunderschön gelegen, aber gut einsehbar von Nutzern des am gepflegten Grundstück angrenzenden Weges (das muss man wissen). Letzteres ist gelegentlich störend.

Une petite maison très cosy au bord de la plage
La maison est très agréable, le jardin avec une vue magnifique sur l’île et l’océan, le calme est appréciable. La maison se trouve toutefois sur le sentier de la plage très fréquentée donc de nombreuses personnes passent devant durant la journée, donc peu d’intimité dans le jardin.

Tolles altes Haus in einmalig schöner Lage
Der Urlaub hätte gar nicht schöner sein können! Traumhaft schöne, weiße Strände direkt vor dem Haus und in der allernächsten Umgebung in der vielleicht schönsten Region der Bretagne mit vielen schönen Dörfern, Cafés und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern, Herr und Frau Pochard, funktionierte reibungslos. Vielen Dank!

Stunning setting and ambience
We had a wonderful three weeks in an enchanting house in one of the best parts of Brittany. No crowds at this time of the year, peaceful surrounds, stunning views from the house and garden of the ever-changing sea and tides. The house was extremely well-equipped and comfortable. At the high end of rents but worth it.

My wife and I were looking for a very restful and beautiful place and this house ticked all the boxes. The location is truly paradise and the house has all the things you might need. Next to the house is a walking trial that goes in both directions and the coast line is stunning. I would recommend this place without any hesitation.

Petite maison pleine de charme face à la mer
Nous venons de passer la dernière semaine de l'année 2020 dans cette petite maison pleine de charme, face à la mer, située devant le GR : un bonheur pour se reposer, respirer l'air breton, admirer chaque jour les couleurs incroyables du ciel, des levers et des couchers de soleil, aller se balader le long de la côte qui est magnifique. Maison avec tout l'équipement nécessaire et très bon lit. Contact et accueil avec les propriétaires très agréables et disponibles et attention particulière à l'arrivée avec des produits bretons. Un endroit idéal pour visiter le Finistère Sud entre Concarneau, Quimper, Pont Aven, ... tout est là. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci.

la mer comme horizon
Maison les pieds dans l'eau, vue magnifique tous les jours différentes par les couleurs du ciel, et proximité de la plage de Tahiti; le chemin de randonnée GR34 longe la propriété..+ commerces à 7 minutes en voiture...bref, un lieu idéal de vacances... Quant à la maison en elle même: propreté irréprochable, literie super confortable, équipement au top, calme et sérénité et bien-être sont au rendez-vous... Le contact avec les propriétaires est facile : ils sont sympathiques et accueillants, petites bouteilles de bienvenus au frais+galettes bretonnes...Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés avec gentillesse...moyennant quelques restrictions pour le maintien de l'hygiène et de la propreté, ce qui est tout à fait normal... Bref, que du positif... Que de souvenirs et photos de cette belle région!

Un lieu extrordinaire
Vielle maison avec du charme breton, en état technologique moderne, située dans un grand jardin, directement devant l´ île de Raguenez, la plage "Thaiti" avec son sable très fin, et au sentier cotier. Cette situation nous a permi un séjour unique et inoubliable. Le contact avec les locateurs était très agreable. On reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Eine Top Lage zur Erholung
Strand, ein schöner Blick auf das Meer und die Fischerboote aus dem Bett, was will man mehr! Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, von wo aus man mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß schöne Erkundungen machen kann. Das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer mit anschließendem Frühstück, alles ist möglich! Oder das Genießen der frischenAustern vom Austernbauern direkt bei aufgehen Mond. Der Sonnenuntergang kann 5km entfernt, an der Burg bestaunt werden. Für uns war es 2 Wochen Erhohlung pur 😃👍🏼👍🏼

Urlaub mit Genuss direkt am Atlantik
Hier lässt es sich leben! Die Lage, der Ausblick auf das Meer und das gemütliche Haus ist ein Ort an dem man sich vollkommen entspannen und erholen kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und den Betreuern vor Ort ist hervorragend. Es fehlt an nichts! Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Einmalige Lage am Meer
Sehr schönes Haus, traumhafte Lage. Mehr Meer-Atmosphäre hatten wir bisher in unseren Urlauben nicht! Das Ganze hat natürlich seinen Preis. Einen Ofen gibt es nicht - auch den Spazier- und Strandgängern gefällt das Haus!

Wunderbar!
Das kürzlich renovierte Haus befindet sich in traumhafter Lage direkt am Meer - selbst vom Bett aus schaut man auf‘s Meer. Das Haus wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben und ist komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, von sonnigem Wetter gesegnete erholsame Woche, an deren Ende wir noch das Besitzerehepaar Madame und Monsieur Pochard kennengelernt haben. Beide sind ausgesprochen freundliche und sympathische Menschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
