"We really enjoyed our one night stay at Agama. We were welcomed very warmly by a nice lady that also gave us a small bottle of wine and fresh mint that she picked for us. The hot tub inside the room was very big and clean, they also have a pool and an outdoor hot tub. There is no check-in desk so you need to call them beforehand to let them know what time you'll be arriving. The chalet also has a nice little patio area and a hammock outside. "Overall t was an excellent stay and would have no hesitation going back. I could nitpick a few minor items but the place is lovely, and the staff was great, The only major thing that people should know is that the cabins are right next to a cowshed and sometimes not always, the you ger a whiff from the cows."

What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, Talia the public relations manager in particular was extremely helpful and polite. Every request or concern I had was swiftly addressed with a smile, making me feel incredibly well taken care of throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly exceeded my expectations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. I can confidently say that my time at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel was nothing short of five stars, and I eagerly look forward to returning for another unforgettable stay."
