"Overall, we were pleased with the property and our stay. Absolutely use the pin in the email from the owner or you will never reach the property. Kitchen is not fully stocked. Coffee mugs, yes. Drinking glasses consisted of 3 plastic glasses. One 6" skillet and no baking sheets. Heat vents, cold air return, and floors were dirty. Bugs an inch deep in light fixture over table. No firewood. BUT......beautiful home and property. Very quiet. Peaceful."

"Very quiet neighborhood. House is excellent for large families. Kids would love the lower level bunk room. Their own bathroom too. Parents don’t have to share. Great location with short drive to State Park Marina and Orleans Trail Marina."

"There are three rooms and one with bunk beds so plan accordingly. The mattresses on the full size beds in the 2 larger bedrooms are soooo comfy it’s relaxing after a busy day out. The appliances and items included in your stay is top notch! All the towels were plush, the amenities onsite top notch and The showers roomy. Very fre neighbors so nice and quiet and dark at night. "Loved the location, close to gas stations and a local grocery store. Had everything we needed nearby and easy to find. The host made it easy to communicate and there was an information book in the kitchen making directions easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!"

"rented this house to stay at while attending the Fort Scott College rodeo. It was very close to the arena at the college and easy to get back and forth. The house was clean and warm. The couches have seen better days and for an older person were hard to get up off of but everything else was great. I would stay again."
