Charming 1 Bedroom Haven in the Trees

The 570 sq ft apartment is located in a quiet forested neighborhood with views overlooking the Sierra Foothills. There are many walks and trails just outside the door. The apartment has been completely remodeled and should have everything a single or couple need. There are many steps to negotiate.

We are an 8 minute drive from Nevada City and Grass Valley.

Wonderful stay
The apartment was cute, clean and had all the necessities. Great location in wooded neighborhood convenient to downtown, shops, trails and the Yuba river. The host was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when in Nevada City.
