"We can fully recommend Charnay Plaisance! The main house is beautiful (some renovation work is ongoing but is unobtrusive); our room was very comfortable; breakfast was very good; the swimming pool was fantastic and the welcome we received (from reception staff and from the owner and his wife) was very warm and friendly. "Nous avons passes un superbe weekend. La famille était très accueillante, disponible,souriante. Nous recommandons cet havre de paix, c'est un cadre agréable et ressourçant c'est vraiment idéal et une évidence cette pause qui s'impose. Nous avons été très bien conseiller pensant notre séjour. "This location was ideal for us as we travel with two dogs. The room, straight off the courtyard, provided easy access and was large and well equipped. The dining room was also easy access and parking was very close by. Just outside the property is a park and a lake with woodland. This made it perfect for walking the dogs. "For the price, this property is great. I wouldn't take my family on vacation here, but for 1 night passing through, it checked all the boxes. Though the hotel itself and all its furnishings are very dated, everything was perfectly clean. The bathtub, toilet, flooring, etc. were all likely from the 1960's but their cleaning staff does a great job and I was not bothered by the fact that things were old.
