"Our check in was easy and we were shown to our apartment and where to park our car in an enclosed, locked lot. We were just a few minutes walk to the city center of this charming town. There were lots of choices for eating and shopping nearby. Our 2 bedroom apartment was an upgrade from the 1 bedroom we had reserved. The kitchen was immense as well as the patio/balcony which could seat 8 comfortably. September was the perfect month for exploring the old town of Goslar. "

The location in the Harz Mountains is serene, but also full of possibilities for hiking, biking, and quick travel to picturesque towns. The houses/cabins at the resort are maintained in excellent condition. There is plenty of room for a family. We enjoy sitting on the deck with a meal and looking at the beautiful views of the forest. "The Harz is a very nice area to explore. You can drive for hours and check out all the beautiful towns. The house is nice, we were with 7 adults and 2 babys and the house was big enough for us all. The house is a bit outdated and could use some renovation here and there ( extremely squeeking floors and the shower and bath could use some work) But the beds are nice. Really comfortable and so are the couches in the living. We had a great stay!"
