"A ten minute stroll along a pleasant street takes you to the bridge. Cross it and you are at the foot of the delightful town of Blois. There are two small supermarkets on the street, and lovely walks along the river so east to spend days without driving anywhere. Also many, many beautiful towns and chateaux to visit within an hour's drive. The cottage is well-equipped and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend."

"An amazing stay at a wonderful chateau. The apartment was decorated beautifully and tastefully in keeping with the chateau, which is a magnificent building in a wonderful setting. The hosts were so very very helpful, showing us around, helping with our luggage and even returning to show us how to use a couple of items we couldn’t work out. The apartment was quiet and comfortable with all the modern conveniences needed. One of the best stays in France we have experienced."

"Nous avons passé deux jours délicieux chez Claire, qui a été aux petits soins pour nous (qui met un potager à disposition de ses hôtes). La maison est très bien agencée, avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. "The property met our needs, but there were some things that could have been better. On the upside, because we had young children along, the pool was a bonus. The donkeys, goats, chickens, and roosters were enchanting. On the downside, if someone wants to be close to the surrounding cities (Tours/Amboise) with pubs and restaurants, this is not the place.
