"Die Wohnung ist schön, ruhig und gut eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht, findet man auch. Sie liegt ca. 20 Minuten mit den Öffis vom Zentrum entfernt. Kleinzschachwitz, mit Restaurants und Biergärten sind in 6 Minuten per Bus und 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu entfernt. Zu den Haltestellen braucht man ein bzw. drei Minuten, ebenso zu einem sehr guten Bäcker und einen guten Supermarkt. Nette Vermieterin. Wir wollen wiederkommen"

"Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist herausragend, Umgebung sehr schön. Für die jüngeren Gäste gab's Sport- und Spielmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke am Skihang, die älteren Semester konnten wandern und baden. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alles hat gut geklappt. Ein wenig eng wurde es beim Kochen und bei der Kühlung der Getränke: wenn's schnell gehen muss und umfangreich ist, wird es etwas eng mit den technischen Möglichkeiten....

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, deshalb volle Punktzahl. Ein Vorschlag zur Optimierung: das Kochgeschirr war - bis auf die schwarze Pfanne - reichlich abgenutzt und sollte ausgewechselt werden. "The Neuhausen Erzgebirge area is absolutely beautiful and this home is perfect for those wanting a quiet peaceful stay. Very close to Seiffen with all of the nutcrackers, smoking men, and pyramids. Neuhausen has the greatest collection of nutcrackers at their museum and is a must see! The home though is very comfortable and spacious and clean...it is as advertised. There are steep steps leading up to the bedrooms, so if that is a concern, beware. Loved this place and our stay!"
