I Did not give it a 5 star primarily because of the lack of soundproof walls and presence of smoking fumes around property which came into the room . I could hear everything that went on both rooms next to me as it they were inside my room until late at night. Drinks were served downstairs near reception and it was a very comfortable and cozy environment with different seating areas with a variety of options. "This is essentially a Airbnb-type property, not a real hotel. Nobody on site, but you can get in touch with remote staff via Whatsapp. Very clean, new, well-built. Room very spacious and comfortable. All equipment is high quality, new, fully functional. Some drawbacks: no human reception, if the electronic code not work -- what should one do? Also security concerns without any reception. No door locks to close from inside, no deadbolt, no latches. No safe box. No microwave to reheat any...
