This beautiful holiday flat in Sulzau near Neukirchen am Großvenediger, surrounded by wooden elements, promises an unforgettable mountain holiday. A special highlight is the covered terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. There you can linger in a cosy seating area and relax in the whirlpool bath. Whether you are travelling as a family, couple or with friends - everyone will find their well-deserved comfort here. The flat impresses with its comfortable furnishings, including an open-plan kitchen and dining area with state-of-the-art equipment, a sofa bed in the living room, modern bathrooms, several TVs, a ski room, a garden with sun loungers and barbecue facilities. Parking is possible directly on site. Sulzau is just a 5-minute drive from the picturesque Neukirchen am Großvenediger, nestled between the majestic Kitzbühel Alps and the Hohe Tauern National Park. In winter, the Wildkogel Arena ski area attracts visitors with the longest floodlit toboggan run in the world, while in summer there are numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes to explore the mountain landscape.

super schickes Apartment für ein entspanntes Wochenende mit Freunden oder Familie!

Wir waren für ein Wochenende mit Freunden in der Hütte von Claudia und Michael und hatten eine super schöne Zeit dort. Das Apartment ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Berge ist definitiv ein Highlight. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto Neukirchen am Großvenediger um Ski- oder Schlitten zu fahren. Auch Supermärkte sind innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Obwohl wir aufgrund des Verkehrs 1h später ankamen als angegeben war das kein Problem und der Check-in und die Kommunikation mit Claudia und Michael war super herzlich. Wir können die Hütte nur jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne jederzeit wieder!
