"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. There was a jacuzzi bath in our room but...

It's in the middle of the historic Petite France district, and I was lucky to secure a room with a balcony that looked out on one of the Strasbourg's historic canals lined with beautiful houses. "Very picturesque room, under the eaves, just the type of quirky we like. No AC that we could see a control for, but opening the window to keep things cool in March is not an issue on the 3rd floor. "Always a welcome break on our journey from Calais to Italy. Very big garden area for our dog and in warmer weather there is a swimming pool, Spa cabin and boule pitch. Joèlle on reception and Jocylene who was responsible for the rooms helpful. Although the hotel is next to the main road it was not noisy and had plenty of parking spaces, plus this area was secured at night."

The bartender kindly gave us insight to the caliber of food served onsite and it made for a great anniversary celebratory dinner. The distance to Strasbourg Central was ~20 mins from Lingosheim (hotel location was ~10 min walk from the station). Used the CTS app and was 1,90€ single ride each way. Don’t use SNCF app while in Strasbourg, too expensive for single way compared to CTS (local transportation app for Strasbourg)."
