"This place is terrible. When I arrived, it was closed and nobody picked up the telephone. Instead, I stayed at the Best Western, great place! Best Western = excellent experience! "

"The staff was good. In the washroom, there is no shampoo. The wifi connection was not good. There was no recharge point for Canadian mobiles and laptops. Because of this, we could not use our mobiles. At least they should have an adaptor in the future. "

"My daughter and I had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The owners were so warm and welcoming. The property itself was very clean, comfortable and spacious—we had an abundance of space. The location was perfect for us because we happened to be right by family friends, but was also great because it’s just a short walk down the hill to a really nice grocery store (and the kitchen is well-equipped to cook). It’s also walkable to a bus stop that will take you to the train station. We...

"This house was AMAZING! The online pictures do not do it justice. It is comfortable and wonderfully located. The owners were very friendly and gave several suggestions for food, drink, and entertainment nearby. If we ever return to Vienna, I will definitely look into this property again. P.s. their tv does not switch to English (we tried to screen mirror and I’m sorry to the owners if we messed it up)"

"Hidden gem! Our stay was just perfect, from the moment we booked it ,staff sent us instructions as we were coming at 2 am! Cozy and clean room , comfy beds and rituals cosmetics. The breakfast was delicious and great variety of food, tasty coffee and Prosecco. Highly recommend "
