"An all round fantastic hotel with a breathtaking view. Walkable to medieval castle and fantastic restaurants in the hotel and village. Very quiet; we saw deer walk right up to the hotel on the back side. I wish we could have extended our stay longer; will definitely return. "

The second day we went out of the building and the closed their reception desk in the afternoon and we were locked out of the hotel for four hours. The response for Anne was "I had a bad day". Really? Very unprofessional. "

CheckInn laut Aussage Hotel erst ab 15:00 obwohl im Internet 14:00 steht. kein Frühstück obwohl in der Buchung Frühstück inbegriffen steht. dann aber beim Abschluss der Buchung davon nichts mehr steht, so dass man es nicht beweisen kann( kann auch an der Plattform liegen) morgens kein Mensch da, keine Rechnung, keine Info dazu.
