"Horrible customer service, made for a stressful experience. They provide instructions for check in that are incomplete and misleading, and totally unfriendly to anyone with disabilities such as dyslexia. The heating was set to 25C when I arrived on a warm day so it took ages to cool the apartment down. The bedding provided was for the winter even though it is the end ofMay so sleeping was unvomfortably hot. The full wall windows give to the street and not nice green nature, so the photos...

"The room was so small for 3 people. Hotel seems to be squeezed two beds in a tiny room. I think it is over priced hotel for the service. There is no one to welcome you . You get a code for doors and make your way in. I was not sure who I would call if I needed help or cleaning etc.."

"There were many positives about staying at this property. The location was close (10 min walk) to the train station and the meeting point for all of our Viator trips. It is also a pleasant 15-20 min walk to the old town city center with historical sites and shopping. There were six of of staying at the property and the living room was large enough for us to watch a movie or play card games together at night. "The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. The deck off of the main bedroom as well as the one off of the second bedroom and living space offered great views. Ķey access was secure and easy and the in garage parking was an added bonus. Less than 5 minutes by car is a gas station, grocery store, bakery and a couple of restaurants. I would definitely stay again."

We were still able to visit Munich easily by taking a short drive to the train station (free parking) and heading into the city. We even changed trains to go see the Alliance Stadium. "The apartment is fantastic with an excellent kitchen and living room. The proximity to the old town and train station was also great. We got there at 1 AM because of a delayed train and the owner let us in without any issues. There is onsite parking which was also a huge bonus. There is a bakery across the street. The neighborhood itself was safe. The street that the apartment was on was not my favorite but with all the other pros of this location and apartment not an issue at all."
