"A highlight of our visit to Goa. We were well looked after and every one of our needs was met. We were found a trekking/waterfall guide on short notice who was excellent. We managed to even check in early. The food was delicious and filling. The walk around the plantation is enough of a reason to visit but what we enjoyed most was the natural unchlorinated pool surrounded by the jungle. "The property owner is not satisfied with OYO, since the rate of tariff waa 1300/- and EXPEDIA charges more than triple price, they refused to provide mosquito repellents although they admits that they could provide, but due to OYO GUEST, they won't. The place is in remote place of any beach, there is no communication facilities , except own car."

The family owned property is well-managed with onsite English speaking staff 24/7, who provide advice & guidance and can arrange transport etc. It’s a 20 min walk to the local beach or 45 min to Benaulim beach. The town centre is an easy 10 minute walk with numerous dining options and minimarts. The rooms are large with washing machine, fridge, TV, kettle etc. The bathroom is small and in need of refreshing plus a shower curtain would help. There is a small terrace...

"When we arrived they did not have our booking and did not have the room we booked available. We stayed overnight in a room which would been better described as a cell ! No window . When we went for breakfast nothing offered! We did not stay any longer."

"Property was clean and grounds immaculate. Staff were very polite, informative and genuine. All restaurants offered an appealing menu with fine food. The Riverside restaurant on the bank of the Sal River overlooked a working fishing port with the boats coming and going all evening, a great backdrop. Good selection of drinks at the bar except for the beer being in only small bottles and expensive. Overall an excellent stay during our tour of the west coast of India."
