Great location
We absolutely loved staying here. The complex is gorgeous with plenty of pools and sand. This specific unit layout was great and the deck was phenomenal. The beaches here are rocky and tough to be in so that is something to note. You have to have a car if you stay here otherwise you’ll not be able to get anywhere really.

Perfect honeymoon spot!
This villa was so lovely! We enjoyed daily morning walks along the shore, lounging on the beautiful porch and relaxing by the pool. Marie was a great host and very communicative when needed! Would absolutely visit again!

Perfect tropical getaway
My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Nettle Bay Beach Club! First off, Marie was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. The condo was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed. The back deck leading out to the beach was the perfect place to relax. We also enjoyed walking on the beach and swimming in the pool, though we used our car to travel to other beaches around the island to spend the day. The location was ideal: 5 mins to Marigot, 20-25 mins to Pinel or Orient Beach on the French side, and less than 10 to Mullet Bay on the Dutch side. It was only a quick 15 min drive from the airport. There were also a number of delicious restaurants a short walk away and we picked up fruit and baguettes daily at the small market and bakery that were located across street. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to beautiful St. Martin!

Amazing Stay!
We had an amazing stay here! The place was super clean, it had everything you needed, and was in a great location. Marie, the property manager, was also super helpful when needed and responded almost instantly! Our first night we had an issue with a clogged drain in the shower and maintenance came the next morning and fixed it. You must check out the bakery across the road if you stay here. Everything was so delicious! The restaurant next door, Mezza Luna, is unreal too. Would stay here again for sure!

Super emplacement pour ceux ou celles qui cherche un petit coin de paradis tranquille. Le condo était très bien équipé, très propre et bien localisé près de plusieurs restaurants et d’un marché. Notre espace préféré était le grand deck qui avait une vue superbe de la baie de Nettle et de Marigot. Une très belle expérience sur toute la ligne.

Beautiful oasis
This property is as beautiful as it seems! It is located in a wonderful complex with gas station, small grocery store, bakery and restaurant located nearby. The condo is extremely well equipped (very well stocked kitchen), clean and the outdoor space is stunning. Marie the property manager is very nice, helpfull and accomodating. I definitely intend on renting this place again on my next trip to Saint-Martin.

Loved every minute…
Marie is a super host and I’ve enjoyed staying in two of her properties now. I love the nettle bay beach club it’s quite, there’s a lovely breeze 24/7 and wbeythinf you’d ever need nearby. Groceries across the street, nice neighbors! Spotless accommodations. Thank you Marie!

Nette Wohnung - ruhige Gegend
Die Wohnung war nett und gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Gegend und nicht weit von Grand Case und Petite Plage (Strände), Restaurants, usw... Der Strand an der Anlage ist nicht zum Baden (felsig). Der Bäcker war super! (ca. 50 M von der Anlage). Marie ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Séjour magnifique! La maison est belle, bien équipée, avec une belle piscine, parfaite pour nous. Les commerces et restos à proximité. Mention spéciale au Mezza Luna. Les gens sont accueillants. Seul une plus grande plage nous a un peu manqué.

Très belle propriété nouvellement rénovée. Beaucoup d’intimité, bien qu'elle soit dans un complexe. Bien situé si on recherche le calme et que l'on souhaite explorer l’ensemble de l’île. Marie est très réactive et attentionnée. Un très bon choix.
