The Residence Nettlé Bay Beach Club is a secure residence, closed to the famous restaurants, french bakery, supermarket, water sports, pharmacy and more. At 12 minutes driving to the airport Juliana, 8 minutes of Marigot (gastronomic capital), at 3 minutes of the beautiful beach " Red Bay", 6 minutes of the Dutch side ,10 minutes of the country golf of Maho. Ideally located between the French & Dutch sides you can discover at your own pace the two faces and away of life of this small paradise.

New renovated ( May 2020) full equipped for 6 persons and very confortable unit, 3 bedrooms suites with private bath toilet dressing safety case, air conditioning, fall, 3 King beds ( 2 bedrooms with smart TV) a spacious living room over looking the sea, equipped large sofa, smart TV ,wifi internet, canal sat, a beautiful kitchen full equipped for 8 persons, ( dish machine, over, micro wave, Nespresso machine, american coffee, coffee maker, blender... a large diner table, chairs, a separate toilet, a laundry equipped wash machine, dryer machine...a large terrace on the sand , 4 lung chairs, a table with chairs, outside shower. All linens towels beach towels, amenities are provided at your arrival. A private customers services will be at your entire disposition during your stay. The villa is perfect for 6 people or less.

Nettle Bay Beach
Beautifully renovated unit but some maintenance details are sub-par (toilet seat in one bathroom partially broken, the maintenance guy who came to replace it had the wrong replacement, did not have the right tools and never came back again for three weeks. All of the drawers in another bedroom totally disfunctional. signs of superficial water damage in the main room left as is .) Communication with manager in English was a problem. Good setting in terms of overall property but you really need a car to enjoy a Caribbean beach.

Wir haben die Zeit auf St. Maarten auch aufgrund der schönen Unterkunft genossen. Das Haus ist bis zu 6 Personen perfekt. Die Austattung ist sehr durchdacht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der freie Blick auf das ca. 20 Meter entfernte Meer ist wunderbar. Die gesamte Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Wir möchten uns nochmal bei Marie Laure für den umfassenden Service, wie Kontakt zum Mietwagen, Restaurantempfehlungen, Soforthilfe bei Problemen (der Geschirrspüler wollte nicht, aber der Techniker kam sofort). Wenn wir wieder nach St. Maarten kommen, werden wir gerne wieder anfragen 🌴☀️☀️
