"It is a very nice guesthouse. However, it is a little tricky to find, and there are not many signs to guide you, just a very faded La Kapresse sign and a Sanctorium sign. The property is situated on a very busy road, so it can be quite noisy. However, the property and the staff are amazing. "My wife and I spent 5 great nights at Pomme Cannelle. We loved our hosts, loved the feel of our room, the private hot tub, and the beautiful pool. Orient Bay was a 2min drive down the road and had really great dining, and a great beach. In addition there was great supermarkets only minutes away as well to bring back great quality food to eat in the private outdoor kitchen. We truly loved our stay!"

"Very close to Mullet Bay. Also close to a bakery/coffee shop and a grocery store. Very safe area. Very private. Not good parking if you rent a large vehicle. Small sedan or 2-door is good though. Overall a nice place."

The breathtaking view of Grand Case from the patio, just outside the room was something out of a travel magazine - the pictures don't do it justice. "This was my third stay at the Fantastic Guest House. It is a great little place to stay. The rooms are clean and functional, there is A/C and cable TV and a refrigerator in your room too. The bathrooms are nice also. My stay was great except for one small thing - my neighbours. Sadly, I was unknowingly staying next door to 2 or 3 rooms booked out to kids on some kind of trip. "This property is a jewel! They had a very clean room for us, a mini fridge, and a full kitchen for us to use. The stairs are the only downfall but the staff makes up for it! Their prices are a real bonus too!"

"This was the best hotel we could have chosen! It’s located on a mountain by dawn beach in a quiet area on the Dutch side of the island which we preferred over the French side. Parking is very easy and convenient and it’s close to a lot of restaurants on the Dutch side. The rooms were very clean and fully stocked with towels and dishes. We slept the best we have this whole year on that comfortable king sized bed as well! The staff are all super helpful and friendly including the nighttime security. The pool was extremely large, clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean and st barts. I would highly recommend this hotel if you choose to go to Sint Maarten! "
