"What an utter disappointment. The TVS's are old, the rooms are smelly and not very clean. The heater does not work, the reception team are untrained in hospitality and clueless to their jobs. they dont even know what bed type to give that is specified in their own webpage on the platforms they use. The reception is ready argue with you, with out any apology! The fixings and whole building is unfit. It is falling apart and they will try all their best to NOT to give you, your special request....

"Well, located right on the beach near the elevator, which was the biggest plus to this hotel. Otherwise, it was just fair. The hotel itself is a bit rundown and not well taken care of. The staff is of a lower level and not professional or responsive. I was given wrong directions to the room frustrating especially since I was lugging luggage with me. The guy at the front desk didn’t seem to care Breakfast was good though. "

"Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell.
