"I really liked the location, size of the room and its cleanliness. Being in the heart of Oslo made it easy to get around. One my favourite features was there was a gym and pool on the lower tier. Albeit, I was only in Oslo for the weekend, so I didn’t get to use these facilties. Sucks, I know! The fact that the hotel was busy (upon checking-in) was a testament to its popularity. Best feature was easily the Summit Bar on the uppermost floor. "

"Great location and the view from the 33rd floor terrace is impressive. As an able bodied person, getting in and out of the deep shower/bath was a challenge. I think its time for an upgrade. There would be better more modern/updated options around for a better price. "

"Decent sized room considering that it was a "small double". Check in was stressful because I couldn't initially find the hotel's reservation number (not Expedia's confirmation number) and then even though I had prepaid, the self check in machine said I owed money. Apparently that's a glitch and it got resolved by checking in with the person at the bar (which is also the reception) but still stressful. Shower water pressure was good but the door has a huge gap so water floods all over in the...

"Loved Citybox! Hotel was clean and quiet and room was just the right size. Was traveling solo and never felt unsafe there. Was in a great location within walking distance to sites, food and shopping. Five minute walk to the train station. Highly recommend!!"
