"This house was absolutely perfect! I brought my son and grandkids, and my brother in law and his family so that we could go to Knoebel's amusement park. This house was absolutely the best and Brian was the perfect host. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"The house itself was nice, everything worked well, and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals. Only thing was, we were unable to lock any of the windows. Advertised pool available but it had no pool pump and was a nice shade of Alge green. Also advertised as having a trampoline, but it had a rip in it looking unsafe to use. If you are going to continue to advertise these things, please make sure they are safe for use!"

The home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with so many extras—snacks, sodas, toiletries, spices, and high-quality towels and linens.We were especially impressed that the hosts took a suggestion we made during our first visit and added mirrors to two of the bedrooms. "We had the week at Grand Timber . House is beautiful lots of amenities. The beds are very comfortable lots of pillows and warm blankets. The pool was is very nice did have an issue the very first Afternoon the gate didn’t close all the way and a baby ended up in pool. So we ended up locking gate after anyone went thru . The stove has one burner that flames out of control. The fireplace in master bedroom wouldn’t start . The hot tub was very low on water and had a cigar floating in it . We did...

"Me and my friends just spent our New Year's here for two nights. The man cave lives up to its name-- we spent a good deal of the weekend playing pool, darts, and card games, used the grill, and were just a few blocks off from some great food and liquor stores. I'd imagine any sort of group would enjoy coming here, though, given other advantages like access to trails and monuments in historic PA. Everything worked just as we wanted it to, and Mary's filled out the space to create a great place...

We decided to rent a house this year instead of camping, this house was right next to so many great restaurants and shops, we didn't need to drive to go eat. Plus the house was so clean! The owner also left a binder of local places to visit and try. Would highly recommend this house. "
