"This place will absolutely not disappoint! If you’re looking for the convenience and access to the big city, but in a quiet, safe, and adorable spot, this is it! Host are so friendly and accomodating, the farm is beautiful, and lots of little extras like the barn and gardens. Can’t say enough great things about this property!"

Contacted the owner and he was Extremely accommodating and put us in another house the was an upgrade and didn’t charge us extra! Both places were Very nice!! Will go back again!! "We enjoyed our stay. We had no communication with property manager - did leave a note about running toilet and wasp nest. There were no check out instructions so put towels in washer and left sheets on the beds. We enjoyed the town of Marion after spending the day in Memphis. The location was great and loved the quietness.. Never did see any of the other renters. I would recommend more than one TV and a flyswatter!"

"The neighbors were loud through both nights of our stay. Loud TVs and thin walls. Occasional yelling. The first thing we were greeted with when we came through the first door was the ripe scent of weed and loud music, and it was past midnight. The second night when we arrived, the driveway was blocked so we had to park on the street. The unit overall was great but the environment surrounding it was not."

"This home is situated in a neighborhood of burned out houses just to start. We arrived to the neighbors dogs running at us and he greeting us with “hey” as he ran to the street to make a transaction. The driveway is a navigation nightmare. The front yard has a large clay planter that has been smashed and sitting there for quite sometime. You have to wrestle the door to open the unit to be greeted with the smell of cat urine. "The apartment was very clean and cozy. I wish there were more dishtowels in the kitchen and that the two clocks in the apartment were working. Instructions for working the TV and the heater would be helpful. My husband used the hide a bed one night, but there was no extra blanket for it. The upstairs portion would be more usable it there was a table or desk and chair, and/or an airbed and bedding, and a railing for the top few stairs.
