"This house is rented through Novasol. Novasol customer support has no telephone number and is only available from 9.00-17.30 through online chat. Prior to our arrival they couldn't provide us with basic information, such as the sizes of the beds (handy to know since we had to bring our own). They absolutely did not pass our question on to the real owners of the accomodation. Also there was no phone number provided of the actual owners. "I have rented from VRBO many times and this was a disaster. We were never given instructions to enter the unit and could not contact anyone. We arrived with kids and grandparents at 11:30 pm and could not get into the unit. VRBO was not helpful at the time and neither VRBO nor Novasol (the manager) will give me my money back. Novasol is scam - do NOT rent from them."
