"Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und top ausgestattet und chic eingerichtet. Leider war es sehr heiß und auch im Haus kaum auszuhalten. Holland1 sollte über die Installation einer Klimaanlage nachdenken. Leider wurde uns gegenüber auch gebaut so dass wir dann morgens von Baulärm geweckt wurden. Alles in allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit."

"Abgesehen von kleinen Unklarheiten bei der Bettwäsche war der Check-in schnell und problemlos. Das Haus ist größer als wir von den Bildern erwartet hatten und bequem eingerichtet. Vor allem der große stabile Tisch und die gemütlichen Sessel und das Sofa. In der Küche war alles da, so dass wir uns gut selbst versorgen konnten. Vor allem in der Kombination mit den Brötchen an der Rezeption. Toll war auch das Angebot mit den Fahrrädern im Schuppen auch wenn es nicht einfach ist sie...

"May not suit everyone, but if you want a very quiet, relaxed time, this is perfect. The cabin was superb, with everything you need. No TV, and that was fine. The owners were lovely, Stan and Ienke were gentle souls who were always on hand. The satnav. did not take us directly to the camp, but it was easy to find. Beautiful cycling area. Would definitely go there again. This is a place of quiet and peace, a place to unwind. It has a wildness about it that is endearing."

"Spacious combined living, dining and kitchen area plus a large bathroom made our stay very nice. We also enjoyed meeting and feeding the pony, two rabbits, chickens and two cats on the property. Beautiful open views across green farm fields gave us respite from crowded city spaces. And fresh chicken eggs were delicious!"

"Pluspunkte: Erholsam, ruhig, gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich, Schlafzimmer, Bad, alles top. Die Lage direkt am Wasser mit Blick auf den Hafen, ist super. Umzäuntes Grundstück, perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund. Der Garten ist urig, von den Nachbarhäusern nicht einsehbar, hätte allerdings dringend mal etwas Pflege nötig. "Ich war mit meinen Eltern in Suwald und es war sehr erholsam. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Gegend und man sieht viele Tiere. Mit dem Auto ist alles schnell erreichbar. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer für uns erreichbar. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub."

"Travel (from the US) required by company (30 days); needed a place not too far from Leeuwarden. Location: Commuting between cities/towns (Gronigen, Leeuwarden, Marum...etc) was easy and relaxing.
