This ground floor three bedroom apartment is perfect for intergenerational vacations or suit up to six adults (in three bedrooms). It has easy access from pavement level. Boasting its own separate private entrance, leading directly into the outside terrace and private pool
The main door opens into the large living/dining area, now incorporating an extended integrated kitchen. 3 double bedrooms, and large family bathroom are accessed from the living area. Newly (05/2023) decorated & rewired throughout, with usb enabled sockets throughout.
All bedrooms now incorporate blackout curtains, ceiling mounted fans, and aircon units in all rooms.
Guests have the added bonus of access to a second pool located on the rooftop (exclusive to only 11 other apartments, and seldom used) with huge sun terrace for all day sunbathing, stunning mountain and sea views.
One huge attraction is the central position of this apartment, a very easy stroll takes you into the heart of this wonderful old Spanish town, boasting a glorious myrad of shops, bars and fabulous restaurants to suit every taste and pocket.

Great stay in a great location
The apartment is fantastic and in a great location. It's a short walk to the Balcon and close to Burriana. Communication was superb and checkin was easy. I'd definitely recommend this place for a family stay. The 2 pools are ideal for a small gorup with young kids. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic location
Location was perfect, short walk to beach and town centre. Recommendations from host were really good. WiFi code not provided but a quick text to Mark and he responded immediately. We went as a family of adults which was perfect for us. Would recommend.

What a fantastic location!
Mark's flat is perfect for a holiday in Nerja. Superb location with the best of both worlds. The old town on the doorstep, a choice of beaches so close also. Burriana Beach with all of the restaurants and activities is only a short walk down the slope and you are there. The other little coves are literally a few paces from the door. In the evening head into the old town for some amazing restaurants and bars, so much to choose from. The Balcon is so close too. We got the little train to the caves which was fun and not expensive, this leaves from the town. No hire car was needed on this trip, everything is so easy to walk to from the apartment. Mark was so helpful and on the phone when needed. The little pool at the apartment is great for a cool off or go to the roof for the shared pool (we saw nobody else) and the views are amazing. The apartment was really clean and had everything you may need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms functionable. The social spaces are great too, both outdoors and in. The place is air conditioned throughout which is so important in the extreme heat. I would not hesitate to recommend this place! I would love to return. Thank you Mark!

Great family holiday
The property is in a great location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Communication with the owner was fine although we didn't really have any issues. The property had everything we wanted for a family holiday (the grandchildren loved the pool) and we would definitely recommend it.

The apartment had everything we needed, we particularly liked the pool and spent many hours cooling off in it. Fantastic property in superb area of Carabeo so central to everything, beach,town,Balcon.
We've been visiting nerja for over 20 years and this has been by far the best we have stayed in. The house has everything you can think of or need. Communication with Mark was fantastic and he has a superb team assisting with the property. A fantastic holiday was had and we'll definitely be returning

Perfect Location with 2 Pools
Very centrally located 3 bed apartment 2 mins walk to the oldest street in Nerja Calle Carabeo. Cullens British supermarket just across the road and Market Mena a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Bar Cibeles, Cafe Joanny, La Dama for 3 euro pizza! Bacon a short 10min stroll and easy access to the beach down the steps at Bakus and along to Burriana. Apartment well equipped with all mod cons and kitchen had everything we needed. Access to private pool was great as well as a second on the roof terrace accessed via a lift in the main apartment block. Mark the owner was very friendly and easily contactable. Would def recommend to friends. Perfect for a family with one bedroom having its own ensuite.

Nerja Ground Floor Apartment
We stayed at this apartment over the new year period to bring in 2020. This is an excellent apartment in a great location. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed and sunny garden with a private pool (not that we used it at this time of year). The property owner could not have been more helpful and provided a welcome pack, including tea, coffee, milk and wine, for our arrival. We would certainly recommend staying here and hope to book the apartment when we return to Nerja in the future.

Excellent central base in Nerja
We had a fabulous week in this lovely family friendly apartment. Everything you could possibly need for a holiday. Nerja is a lovely destination with a great atmosphere not to mention superb bars and tapas. The apartment is conveniently located with everything you could need within a few minutes stroll. Certainly no need for a car unless planning to venture further. We have only scored the location down slightly due to some of the day and evening noise from the surrounding area but it’s really not a big issue. The apartment is really well equipped and wonderfully clean. The information provided before arrival was excellent including lots of extra tips on restaurants and bars to visit. Even in late Oct you get the sun on the private pool for a really good part of the day and if that’s not long enough the roof top pool is great with stunning sea views. Would certainly recommend.

Wonderful apartment and very central
Just returned from a wonderful holiday in this lovely apartment. It was so close to the centre and to lots of bars and Restaurants and just as important some lovely beaches. The benefit of having both the apartments own pool plus the larger roof pool was a real bonus. We were six adults and found the apartment to be more than adequate for our needs and very comfortable for our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent and they were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area . Would highly recommend !

Great Host Great location
Stayed August 2019 Apartment was exactly as described and Mark was a fantastic host. Private pool was more than adequate for our needs (we didn't venture up to the big pool on top of the main building - no need) Owner (Mark) is very approachable and was able to offer some good tips in terms of eating out (Botanic) and shopping etc. Everything is provided - beach towels, floaties, beach umbrella etc etc Kitchen is smallish but wasn't really an issue as other than a bit of toast in the morning we tended to eat out property itself is less than 10 mins walk from the Balcon and the same in the other directio to Burriana Had a fantastic time and have no hesitation in recommending
