In Nerjas, according to many, the best located, quietest and most popular area Parador is our charming terraced house Casa Fredelina. It is located on a one-way street so the area is very calm and quiet and without any disturbing traffic. The association has a communal pool which is about 25 meters from the house . There is also a common terrace with sunbeds in connection. The pool can be used whenever you want during the day and early evening.
The beautiful terrace has a south-west location, which means that we have warming sun almost all day and evening, also autumn, winter and spring. The patio is equipped with a substantial gas grill from Weber (2022), table with four substantial chairs, two sunbeds, a substantial electric awning and a parasol. Everything so that you can enjoy a wonderful outdoor life all year round.

You have about 300m to one of Nerja's finest beaches "Playa Burriana". Along Burriana's promenade you will also find lots of restaurants, bars and a lot of shopping. You can walk to the center and take about 10 minutes and 15 minutes to the famous Balcon de Europa.
The house is approx. 80 sqm on 2 levels + large patio of approx. 24 sqm.
On the first floor you will find an open floor plan with a beautiful staircase in light marble, a large living room with newly installed AC, connecting patio in southwest position with electric awning, a complete and fully equipped kitchen with water purifier so you don't have to carry heavy water bottles, dishwasher, refrigerator /freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, a Sous vide etc. There is also a small guest toilet on this floor. On the second floor we find two bedrooms with a total of three beds, both rooms are newly painted and with new AC. Both rooms have metal blinds that completely or partially block out the sunlight.There are built-in wardrobes with sliding doors and a chest of drawers for storage as well as a small safe for valuables.
The bathroom is fresh and was last renovated in 2016 and contains everything you might need. Shower, toilet, sink and storage.
The house has a washing machine, wireless Wi-Fi/fiber with 300/300MB connection, 42" flat-screen TV with Chromecast Ultra.
The nearest well-stocked grocery store "Mercadona" is 500-600m away. But there are several small "neighborhood shops" that have most of what you could need.
If you like Padel, we have Nerja Padel 200-300m away and tennis + padel you can find at Club de Tenis Y Padel la Raqueta Nerja 800m away. There are also bowling alleys.
The studio
In the basement of Casa Fredelina is the "Studio", which has its own entrance, is about 20 square meters and offers 1 double bed and a large bathroom of about 7 m2 with shower, toilet and sink. The studio has AC. In the studio there are clothes hangers & the possibility to store clothes etc.
ATTENTION! To gain access to the studio, the number of adults must be more than 4. So if you book 5-6 people, the studio is automatically included.
