Our Town house (85 sqm) has two entrances, either directly into the living room or via the kitchen. The whole house is decorated with bright, light colors to create a sense of space and tranquility. The kitchen is fresh with the comforts desired in a home, such as full-size dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove, microwave, built-in oven, complete kitchen utensils. There is a bar-table and chairs for 4 persons. The living room has a sofa bed with chaise lounge (140 cm x 200 cm bed), 55-inch 4K android TV, chromecast, wi-fi (300 Mb), dining area for 4 people and fireplace. Outside the house on the ground floor are 4 chairs, tables and parasol. There is also a toilet with shower on this floor. Upstairs you will find bedroom 1 with double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), fitted wardrobes and balcony with 2 chairs, table and parasol. Bedroom 2 with two separate 90-cm beds and built-in wardrobes. This floor also has a toilet with shower. Of course, both the living room and both bedrooms have AC as well as ceiling fans. With respect to the environment, we have chosen to install timers on the ac. They are set with a maximum time of two hours and a box with buttons to select the time is on the wall next to each ac. Another floor up you have the wonderful roof terrace (15 sqm) with a small outdoor kitchen with a sink with cold / hot water, gas bbq, lounge furniture for 6 persons and parasol. From the roof terrace you have a magic view of the Almijara Mountains and the greenery of the area as well as whitewashed houses.
Sheets / towels and final cleaning are always included in the price. Here your will have a comfortable stay with a "home" feeling. We hope and believe that our tenants will restore what you borrow so it is available until the next tenant checks in. Due to allergy sufferers, there is an animal-free and smoking ban both indoors and out on the balcony as well as the roof terrace.

In Pueblo Andaluz (the area where the house is located), the classic Andalucian white-washed village architecture is blended with fine greenery with two pool areas.
